Q: What are BlueHue Transit Time Testing Capsules?
A: BlueHue Transit Time Testing Capsules are a unique wellness tool designed to help you understand your digestive system. They combine high-quality butterfly pea flower powder with food-safe blue FD & C to offer insights into your digestion in a simple and engaging way.
Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Yes! All Jazzvana Wellness products are crafted with vegan-friendly and cruelty-free ingredients.
Q: How often can I use BlueHue Capsules?
A: BlueHue Transit Time Testing Capsules are safe enough to be used daily; however, we recommend using them occasionally, about once or twice a month, as part of your wellness routine.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A:
- United States: Free Shipping
- Canada: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Starting January 15, 2025, Canadian orders will have reduced shipping costs as they will be fulfilled locally.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A:
- United States: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.
- Canada: Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after processing. Local fulfillment beginning January 15, 2025, will reduce delivery times.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the U.S. and Canada.
Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
A:
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered," but you haven’t received your package, contact the carrier directly.
- Damaged Packages: Please email us at yourhealth@jazzvanawellness.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the damage and your order details, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: To start a return, email us at yourhealth@jazzvanawellness.com with your order details. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if your return is approved.
Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?
A: Yes, certain items like personal care products, hazardous materials, and sale items are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy for more information.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
