At Jazzvana Wellness, we aim to provide reliable, affordable shipping for our U.S. and Canadian customers. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States
- We offer free shipping on all orders in the USA, except for special promotional items like our Free Sample of BlueHue, which requires a flat shipping fee of $6.
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after processing.

Canada
Current Policy (until further notice):
- Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days after processing. Orders will be processed from the US Address until new facility opens.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at yourhealth@jazzvanawellness.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damage and your order details for a resolution.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- U.S. Orders: No additional customs or duties apply.
- Canadian Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to their order. However, we are currently working on opening up a new facility in Canada soon. Thank you for your understanding.
