Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Custom or personalized items.
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the item you have using the process above.
- Once the return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without a justification.
To qualify:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Under this cooling-off period, we will also refund the original shipping charges if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items returned for reasons other than defects or errors.
