Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders in the USA, except for special promotional items like our Free Sample of BlueHue, which requires a flat shipping fee of $6. 
  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after processing.
  • US orders are shipped from our US address:

Canada: *Once We Start Shipping From Canada*

    • Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight at checkout.
    • Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days after processing.
    • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at yourhealth@jazzvanawellness.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damage and your order details for a resolution.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada)

  • Jazzvana Wellness is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to Canadian orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
